Q: How much does EnergAIze cost?
EnergAIze costs $120/year or $15/month, with a 15-day free trial. You can cancel anytime. After signing up, you'll have full access to all features during your trial period.
Q: How do I get started?
- Click "Start Free Trial" on our homepage
- Complete the onboarding wizard (your priorities, food preferences, etc.)
- Create your account with email or Google
- Start chatting with your AI health coach immediately
Q: Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
Yes. We use Stripe to securely process payments. You'll enter your payment information during signup, but you won't be charged until after your 15-day free trial ends. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged.
Using EnergAIze
Q: Is this a replacement for my doctor?
No. EnergAIze provides wellness coaching and educational support, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult with your healthcare provider for medical advice, medication changes, or treatment decisions. We're here to support you between doctor visits, not replace them.
Q: How does the AI know about my health conditions?
During onboarding, you share your priorities, challenges, food preferences, and optional health information. The AI uses this context to personalize its coaching. You're in control—share as much or as little as you're comfortable with. Everything you share is private and encrypted.
Q: Can I update my preferences later?
Yes! Your preferences aren't locked in. You can update your food preferences, priorities, and health information anytime by telling your AI coach directly in the chat. For example: "I want to add dairy to my avoid list" or "I've started enjoying yoga now."
Q: How often should I use EnergAIze?
Use it as often as you need! Some people check in daily for meal ideas and motivation. Others chat a few times a week. There's no required schedule—we're here whenever you need support, whether that's every day or once in a while.
Q: Can I share my lab results or health documents with my coach?
Yes! You can upload lab results, blood work, and health documents directly in the chat. Your coach will review them and use the information to give you more personalized guidance. Supported formats include images (JPG, PNG) and PDFs. Your documents are stored securely and privately — they are never shared with third parties.
Subscription & Billing
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal:
- Click "My Account" in the navigation menu
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure portal
- Click "Cancel subscription"
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Q: What happens when I cancel?
When you cancel:
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period
- You won't be charged again
- Your chat history is preserved for 30 days
- You can resubscribe anytime to continue where you left off
Q: Will the price ever increase?
We're committed to keeping EnergAIze affordable. If we ever need to adjust pricing, existing subscribers will be grandfathered in at their current rate for at least 12 months, and we'll give you 60 days' advance notice.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Stripe, the same payment processor used by Amazon, Google, and millions of businesses worldwide. We never see or store your credit card information—Stripe handles everything securely with bank-level encryption.
Privacy & Data
Q: Is my health information private?
Yes. Your conversations and health data are private and encrypted. We will never sell your data to third parties, advertisers, or insurance companies. See our full

Q: Who can see my chat history?
Only you. Your chats are stored securely in our database and are only accessible to you when you're logged in. Even our team cannot view your conversations without your explicit permission (which we would only request for technical support if you ask for help).
Q: Do you integrate with my health apps?
No. We intentionally do not integrate with Apple Health, Google Fit, or any other health tracking apps. This is a privacy feature—your data stays with you. You're welcome to share information manually in the chat, but we don't automatically access any external health data.
Q: Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing
support@energaize.com. We'll permanently delete everything within 30 days. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

Your AI coach filters every wellness recommendation through a thyroid-specific lens, connecting food, supplements, and lifestyle choices back to the biology that matters — things like T4-to-T3 conversion, inflammation triggers, and gut health. Rather than relying on how you feel in the moment, it asks for data: energy scores, lab results, what you ate. Over time, it helps you see the patterns your body is trying to tell you.

Q: Is my health data safe with EnergAIze?
Yes. EnergAIze is hosted on Google Cloud Platform with encryption at rest and in transit. We have no integrations with Apple Health, Google Fit, or any external health platforms — your data stays entirely within EnergAIze. We never sell, share, or monetize your health information. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, and it is permanently removed within 30 days.
Q: What kind of advice does the AI health coach give?
Your AI coach works with you across several areas:
- Personalized meal suggestions filtered for your food preferences and thyroid/autoimmune conditions (e.g., anti-inflammatory foods that support T4-to-T3 conversion)
- Supplement auditing — before you try something new, your coach reviews it against your specific conditions and what the evidence actually says
- Energy and symptom tracking to identify patterns over time

All advice is filtered through your specific health context, so if you also have a thyroid condition, both factors are considered together.

Step 1: Sign Up & Onboarding
Your journey begins with a personalized onboarding process where you'll share:
- Your priorities: Energy, weight management, feeling better, or performance
- Your challenges: Time constraints, information overload, cravings, or other obstacles
- Food preferences: Click once to mark favorites (❤️), twice to avoid (🚫)
- Health context (optional): Age, conditions like Hashimoto's, medications, etc.
Step 2: Create Your Account
Choose to sign up with email/password or Google. Your 15-day free trial starts immediately—no charges until the trial ends.
Step 3: Start Chatting
Your AI coach is ready to help! Try asking:
- "I'm feeling tired today. What should I eat for energy?"
- "Can you suggest a gentle workout for someone with Hashimoto's?"
- "I'm having cravings for sugar. Help!"
- "What's a good breakfast that avoids gluten and dairy?"
Step 4: Provide Feedback
After each AI response, you can give a thumbs up 👍 or thumbs down 👎. This helps your coach learn your preferences and adjust its tone and recommendations over time.
